About Pulse

A health dashboard built like a product, not a prototype. One place for every metric that matters to you.

What is Pulse

I wear a smartwatch every day and barely look at the data. The apps are either buried in brand ecosystems, ugly, or require a computer science degree to interpret. I wanted something that felt like opening a newspaper — glanceable, beautiful, and immediately useful.

Pulse aggregates health data from all your wearables into a single dashboard with six core modules: Heart Rate, Sleep, Activity, Nutrition, Hydration, and Wellness. Every module has real-time charts, color-coded status, data source attribution, and a detail view with weekly and monthly trends. It's designed to feel calm and trustworthy, not clinical and overwhelming.

Currently running on demo data while the real device integrations are being built. The full backend — with live Apple Health, Garmin, and Fitbit sync — is actively in development and launching in the coming months.

Who It's For

Fitness Enthusiasts

People who train consistently and want a single dashboard for all their performance metrics.

Biohackers

Optimizing sleep, HRV, and recovery — people who need data that's readable, not just raw.

Wearable Owners

Anyone with an Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin who barely opens the native app.

Health-Conscious Professionals

People who want to stay on top of their wellbeing without spending an hour a day doing it.

What's Inside

6 Health Modules

Heart Rate, Sleep, Activity, Nutrition, Hydration, and Wellness — each with real-time charts, color-coded status, and detailed drill-down views with weekly and monthly trends.

Device Integration

Designed to connect Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura Ring, and Google Fit into a single source of truth. Manage and sync all devices from one panel.

Trend Analysis

24-hour timelines, weekly trends, and monthly overviews for every metric. Understand your patterns over time, not just what happened today.

Smart Status Indicators

Color-coded at a glance — green means you're on track, amber means pay attention, red means take action. No guesswork.

Real-time Sync

Live data updates from connected devices. Your dashboard reflects your body as readings come in — no manual refreshes.

Privacy First

Your health data belongs to you. The full backend will support end-to-end encryption. No selling data, no third-party tracking, ever.

Full availability with live Apple Health, Garmin, and Fitbit sync is expected in the next few months.
